We would like to provide you with the changes to our Privacy Policy in relation to the upcoming release of a new feature on Alarmy.
- Effective Date: September 15, 2023
- Reason for Privacy Policy Update: Introduction of a feature aimed at preventing actions such as turning off alarms or deleting the app while alarms are ringing.

Summary of Changes:
- In order to use the new feature, the following payment-related personal information may be collected through our payment processing partner, Stripe:
- Card issuer's name, last 4 digits of the card number, card expiration date.
- Alarmy's servers will not retain payment information; only the unique token provided by our payment processing partner, Stripe, will be stored.
- If an account is deleted, the unique token provided by Stripe will also be removed from Alarmy's servers.
- In order to use the new feature, the following payment-related personal information may be collected through our payment processing partner, Stripe:

- If you have any questions or concerns about the updated Privacy Policy, please contact us through the "Send Feedback" within the app.
- If you continue to use Alarmy until the effective date of the updated Privacy Policy, it will be considered as your agreement to the changes.
- If you do not agree with the terms in their entirety, please delete the Alarmy app from your device.
