Please check if your payment was completed successfully. Then, please restore your purchase.
If you are using 'Alarmy Pro' or 'Remove Ads' version, there must be no ads at all. Please follow the steps below.
- First, please check if your payment process was complete without any issues.
- Sometime, users are not aware of some problems that occur during the purchase process.
- → Refer to this article and check your purchase history in iTunes.
- If you can't find the purchase history for 'Alarmy - Remove ads', please check if your payment was cancelled or stopped due to issues regarding accounts or payment methods. Then try again.
- If you confirmed your purchase, move to [4th tab > Upgrade] and select 'Restore'.
- You might have downloaded the free version while reinstalling and forgot to click 'Restore'. Make sure to check this!
