The Sleep Report in Alarmy provides detailed insights into your sleep by analyzing two key factors: your breathing sounds and your device's motion detection.
Here’s what you can find in your Sleep Report:
- Sleep Quality Score: This score is a comprehensive metric that combines data from Net Sleep, Latency, Sleep Efficiency, and Snore to provide an overall evaluation of your sleep quality.
- Net Sleep: The total amount of time you were asleep during the night.
- Latency: The time it took for you to fall asleep after going to bed.
- Sleep Efficiency: The percentage of time you spent actually sleeping while in bed, calculated as the ratio of actual sleep time to the total time spent in bed.
- Snore: This section shows the duration and intensity of your snoring during sleep. You can listen to highlighted snoring recordings, which are automatically deleted after one week. The Snore section includes details such as the percentage of your sleep spent snoring and the average loudness of your snoring.
- Sleep Stages: A breakdown of the different stages of sleep, such as Awake, REM, Light, and Deep sleep, from the moment the sleep analysis begins until it ends.
