May 24th is the 8th birthday of Alarmy! Congratulate with us. 🥳 🎉
To celebrate this happy day, we prepared two events for you. We prepared a lot to spend this day with you. Let me tell you one by one. 🥁
EVENT 1
What Do You Want Us to Call You?
Every time we posted articles, we wanted to have a more special name to call you than just 'you'. We wanted to call you with a more intimate name!
That's why we are going to choose a nickname for everyone using Alarmy. Please give us some ideas about how you want to be called.
- Event purpose: We want to call you with a more intimate nickname.
- How to participate: Submit your idea about Alarmy users' nickname!

- It should reflect Alarmy's character & image,
- imply Alarmy's real fans,
- + would be great if it's a simple word!

- Prize & benefit (1 person)
- The winner will get a high-quality Breville Creatista Plus Coffee Machine to help you start your day with a great cup of coffee. It can also be a great target for photo mission. ;) ☕️
- If the Breville product is unavailable, we will send you another product in similar price range.
- We'll cover the import fee and shipping fee. In case additional tax is imposed depending on the shipping address, we will provide further information.
- One of Alarmy team's conference rooms will be named after the selected nickname.
As we use the conference room every day, we'll always think about you.
- The winner will get a high-quality Breville Creatista Plus Coffee Machine to help you start your day with a great cup of coffee. It can also be a great target for photo mission. ;) ☕️
- How the winner is selected: Among the candidates, all members of Alarmy team will vote for one.
- If multiple people suggested the selected nickname, we will randomly choose one of them.

Alarmy's 8th Birthday Virtual Celebration! 🎉
Alarmy team has made every effort to improve Alarmy for the last 8 years. By celebrating 8th birthday with you, we hope to gain more energy to do better in the future.
We'd love to invite you in person, but as it is not realistic due to COVID-19, instead, we'd like to get virtual celebration. You can participate with a simple short video, so please join the celebration. 🥳
- Event purpose: Celebrate Alarmy's birthday together 🎊 + Get energy from your congratulation messages 💪
- How to participate: Send us a video of yourself reading the mission sentence below.
- Mission sentence: "Hello, my name is {Your name or nickname}. Happy 8th birthday, Alarmy! Change your mornings with Alarmy!"
- Of course, you can add things you want to say at the end.
- Must have: Video format should be landscape. (Maximum file size: 1 GB)
- Good to have: We want to see your face.
But if you feel uncomfortable, you can wear a mask in the video. :)
- Mission sentence: "Hello, my name is {Your name or nickname}. Happy 8th birthday, Alarmy! Change your mornings with Alarmy!"
- Prize (First 400 arrivals)
- You'll get a one-year subscription coupon for Alarmy Premium, worth about $60.
- Note that the coupon should be registered by June 27th, 2021.
- If you're already subscribed and your subscription period does not end before June 27th, 2021, you CANNOT use the coupon. In this case, why don't you give it to your family or friend? 🎁
- The coupon cannot be reissued. Keep an eye on the Notice board and your email inbox!
- You'll get a one-year subscription coupon for Alarmy Premium, worth about $60.
- How the winner is selected: If you meet all the conditions above, everyone gets the prize!
- When the first 400 responses arrive, the survey page will be automatically closed.
- If you successfully access the survey page, the only thing left is to meet the conditions. Then BAAM you are in!
- Participation period: Until May 16th 11:59PM (UDT)
- Prize send-out date: June 1st, 2021
- We'll send the coupons via winners' email. :D
